“Love For Lawrence” is a digital painting inspired by Jay Ellis as Lawrence from the hit HBO show Insecure written by Issa Rae. This painting focuses on Season 3 of Insecure and my personal take on Lawrence’s journey to discovering what he wants out of life and love. In this digital painting I used a few past loves and a recent one to portray my thoughts on Lawrence’s dating experience.
