Hi,  I'm Destiney! Welcome to my site and Thank you for your support and interest in my work!

Since your here I should probably tell you who I am and the purpose of my work, right? Ok, here it is!

I paint and draw people and stories which inspire me. I blog about my artistic endeavors and how I find my clients, book shows, and paint live!  Go check it out if you have a minute. I discovered my artistic ability at the age of two and I have labeled myself as an artist ever since. I received my Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Mississippi State University in May of 2013.  Unfortunately I listened to society after college and I got a job. A boring 9-5 which did not fulfill me or challenge me in any way.

I recently began this journey as a full time artist and small business owner and I am so happy that I finally decided to go for my dreams. I quit my job in February with the support of my husband and my family. Honestly I have never been happier. This is only the beginning but i'm so excited for what the future holds. Mainly because I feel that I was given this talent as a way of speaking to others. I want to inspire you to pursue your dreams regardless of what the world says. I now know that I can be an artist and enjoy my work but also make a career from my craft to help provide for my family.
